Testimonies for
BondedCasinos.com
Steve, I just
checked neteller and the money is there! I can't
believe it; anyway, I transferred all to my bank and left me
150 to go back and play. Thanks again for your help
and if you would like me to test casinos for you I'd be more
than happy to; intercasino has the slots I like but they
suck the $$ quick. My last hurdle to leap is the
actual deposit and neteller says it takes 1-2 business days
(alas another wait); but seriously thanks for keeping your
word and following through and once again I'll only play at
your casinos.
David

Here's one where I wasn't asked to help on the
situation but .... well his letter is one which I would have you avoid
writing if you'll please listen to me.
No casino is run by Nuns. At best you're going to
get a situation where they pay you because it is in their own best
interest. That is why I have so few casinos listed. There aren't very
many where you are going to have a good experience (unless of course you
lose then it won't be an issue about paying you).
Dear Steve,
How many emails do you
get a day which begin "I wish I would have known about your
site before I bet money with so and so.com..." ? I had my
doubts about booking over the internet back in September,
but I decided to take a risk and use a credit card to put a
$500.00 deposit into a site called Betcom.com which I picked
off of a search engine. They immediately gave me an extra
$100.00 "deposit bonus" which I did not ask for or want. I
am not a hardcore gambler but rather, a lifetime football
fanatic with a knack for picking winners. I went through the
ups and downs of the whole season racking up 81 wins, 44
losses, and 3 ties. I came up on Betcom over $1200.00. I
never tried to draw out any money until after the Super
Bowl. Of course when I did, just like you wrote about on
your site, they put me through the changes about the
unreadable fax, but after multiple tries, I finally overcame
that excuse. In the meantime, of course, I promptly killed
the credit card account that I had used with them because I
figured if they are crooked enough to steal my winnings,
they won't hesitate to steal my identity if they can. Next,
this girl with the put on Jamaican accent starts trying to
convince me over the phone that since they gave me the
pretend $100.00 up front that they are now somehow partners
in all my winnings. Further, she says, I'm not allowed
to let my account balance fall below the original $500.00
deposit amount without encountering some dire financial
consequences. After thirty minutes of haggling, I
finally negotiated a cash draw of $500.00. Then rasta mama
informs me that it is going to cost me $40.00 to have a
check sent by Fedex. I told her to send it by US Mail for
free (as per their own rules) and she says it might take
three weeks or longer for it to arrive. Talk about the slow
boat! At this point, I sincerely doubt if I'll ever see my
money, which is the obvious downside of doing business with
someone who is completely unknown to you. But if it only
costs me $500.00 to learn the lesson that you shouldn't
gamble over the internet, then I guess it's money well
spent. Keep up the good work of educating people against
these spliff smoking rip off artists, and if there is
anything you can do to ruin Betcom's day, by all means be my
guest. Thanks for letting me vent, G.D.

This is a pristine example casino dispute of what
to expect if you're playing somewhere that is unscrupulous, although I'd
surely not have expected such a hassle over such a small amount of
money. Most casinos that pull this kind of stuff, do it only when there
is a considerable sum of money involved. Clearly that is not the case in
this matter.

I
read your article and I realized the online casino I've been playing was
perhaps a cheating one all along. I've always suspect how come the odds of
winning is so low there. And when I had enough I finally want to withdraw
the rest of my money. I put in a request a week already and yet they still
haven't send me anythinig,
I
check on the status on my cheque, they request a gazillion documents from
me which I still fax over to them, then they make up excuses such as
my documents are not clear so
they can't process it. Do you have any suggestion as to what else can I
do? Can I report them as a cheater casino? By the way, that casino is
called GoldenPalace.com another sister site is Grandonline casino. Do you
happen to have a list of accredited casino I can go to? Your help is
greatly appreciated. Thank god there is someone like you around to track
all these cheaters. Very frustrated player,
Tiffany

Hi Steve,
Once again, sorry for the late reply, I'm in the
middle of moving so I couldn't have time to check
mail lately. However, I really want to thank you for
your help. I just got my check in the mail, wow that
was quick, I checked my email and they just emailed
me a confirmation not too long ago, and then boom I
got my check, what a fast service now huh? :)
I'd love to keep in touch with you, and for sure
you're the first one on my mind if I do go play on
any casinos, I'd go through your
website and let you know.
Cheers, I'll be contacting you again shortly, keep
in touch.
Once again, thank you so much for your help Steve...

The
conclusion of Tiffany's casino
dispute about getting
paid was a pleasant one. I was able to contact
someone from GP and able to not only get her cleared
for payment, but they also comped her $150.
Above is her last letter to me.

Steve-
After I got your email last night, look what showed up in my mail
and the money IS in my casino account, in the process of being
withdrawn right now - except for $40 to play with. You are the
magic man !!! I haven't heard from this guy for a month and a
half. Thanks for all your help, and I will be checking your sites
for new places to play.
Peggy
Just wanted to thank you again for all your help. I felt like I
needed to just drop you a note since we had emailed everyday for the
last several weeks - you do a great job.
