I don’t know what to make of this short of that I have not had much luck playing in any of their casinos lately so I am wondering if they are preparing to stop business all together but before doing so: are turning the screws on their slot payouts.
It is always possible that I am just on a bad luck run but the timing is ironic.
Silver Dollar, Millionaire, SuperSlots, Caribbean Gold and Slots Galore all are in the same network.
This is a shame since so many have already closed their doors to US players.
English Harbour is powered by Vegas Technology casino software.
Update: I am really wondering about the games as I am having terrible luck there. I thought I should make you aware. If you are going to deposit into the casinos I would suggest doing so in little amounts so if you decide you don’t like how things are going you can get out without having much money left in there to worry about.
For a replacement to these casinos please check out the RTG casinos. I will be adding a few new names to the ones i have up now, in the near future.

Multi Hand Video Poker
Multi-Hand video poker can make a dull game many times more fun depending upon how many games you are playing.

Increase chances of hitting the royal flush using multi-hand games
If you’re like me and find video poker a dull game but find yourself migrating to it on those days when you can’t catch a win playing something else, a good way to increase the entertainment value is to consider playing the multi-hand games instead of the single hand versions.
Chances of hitting the Royal Flush are increased exponentially with every hand you add to your game.
Playing For The Royal Flush
As you can see in the picture at the right, (where the bottom hand is the original hand), you can see I opted to keep only three of the necessary five cards for a royal. There were actually four hearts to begin with but I tossed the lower number card, effectively throwing away the chance for a flush, in trade for hopes of catching a Royal Flush. Which I did.
I don’t know what the experts would tell you is the smart play but it is my experience that if you go for the flush, thus keeping four cards, that usually you catch one of four hands to a flush. Two if you’re really lucky.
That results in basically getting your money back on one flush. You make a little on two. Compare that to if you don’t catch a flush the best you’re going to get is a pair: to if you kept only the three face cards that you still could catch two pair or three of a kind which I believe in that picture it shows exactly such or similar instance.
Game shown in photo was won at a Vegas Technology powered casino.

Vegas Technology casinos, specifically those in the English Harbor network, have gained the majority of the time I gamble because of several things they have proven to do that other casinos available to USA players, simply do not provide.
Bonuses
Providing the freedom to play any game is important to me because I don’t like to sit and play a game which I am losing. Therefore there are many times when I literally jump from game to game to game and in doing so I cover the entire spectrum (except for Roulette, for reason it just doesn’t appeal to me) and the great thing about this network’s bonus terms is they don’t punish you for playing a few hands of blackjack in between slot machines. At many casinos (including some listed on this site so be diligent and always read terms); have their bonus terms set so that if you play anything but slots the terms are deemed broken and you cannot cashout until you have played off all the money on that bonus agreement and started fresh with a new deposit.
VIP Slots, Caribbean Gold and the other Vegas Tech casinos listed on this site have a bonus terms which are set up so that at worst case scenario, your play simply doesn’t count towards meeting the requirements, as opposed as using it as a reason to disqualify you. * That said, still always read terms because they can change at any time.
Payments
Always a concern about any online casino is whether or not they actually pay their winners. Non payment is by far the most common way people are cheated, if they are cheated, when playing on line. I have always been paid and in fact once you complete the security process which requires you faxing in a copy of a recent utility bill, drivers license or passport and copy of front and back of any credit cards you used to deposit (so keep those disposable cards as they may be needed later): they are quite expedient in getting your money to you.
Games
Having fair odds is paramount to the quality of entertainment a player will get from a casino and Silver Dollar, Slots Galore and their sister casinos provide fair odds games. I have won many, many big wins playing their games and I am certain they are better to me than any of the local riverboat casinos near where I live.
Summary
Please don’t misunderstand. Vegas Tech casinos listed on this site are in my opinion head and shoulders above the other choices available to USA players however they are casinos which means they are designed to take your money. I merely state that it is my opinion that these are the best of the devils we know and that at least if you play at one of these establishments that you can count on getting paid and getting a fair chance at winning.

Vegas Technology powered casino games were having problems although when talking with support I got both answers, that there was nothing wrong and that they were having tech problems.
In any case the situation seems to have been righted since after Thanksgiving as you can see for yourself by joining any of the casinos powered by Vegas Technology including the ones found in the column to the right.

Play Monster Money at Vegas Technology powered casinos
Thank you for your patronage.
It is appreciated and I try to show it with offers like my guarantee.

Vegas Technology powered casinos are having technology issues across the network.
12/01/2010 : None of the casinos powered by Vegas Technology are currently in working order. Especially in the case of the slot machines.
Support agent for Caribbean Gold told me earlier today there were tech issues which were being addressed.
Vegas Technology provides some excellent slot machine games as can be seen in other posts on this blog.
